MENDHAR, Aug 11: A minor girl allegedly made suicide bid on her life by consuming some poisonous stuff at Bhati Dhar village today.
Police sources said that 16-year old Nahid Bi, daughter of Mohd Mushtaq, resident of Bhati Dhar in Mendhar became serious after she consumed some poisonous stuff at home this afternoon. The family rushed her to SDH Mendhar where doctors provided preliminary treatment and then referred her to GMC Hospital, Jammu. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
