Srinagar, Sept 28: Police today said a teenage girl ended her life by hanging herself in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district last evening.
A police spokesman said 18 years old girl (name withheld) hailing from Balkote Dana village of Baramulla hanged herself to death at her home.
“After completing all legal formalities, police handed over the body of deceased to her relatives for last rite. A case under FIR number 72/2016 under Section 309 RPC has been registered and investigation has been taken up,” he added.
