Srinagar, Sept 14: Police today said a girl attempted suicide by consuming poisonous substance in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
A police spokesman said that a girl (name with held) consumed some poisonous substance at her home. “She was shifted to District Hospital Anantnag for treatment, where from she was referred to SKIMS Soura here for further treatment,” he said.
The spokesman added that a case has been registered in this regard.
