JAMMU, May 1: A joint meeting of the representatives of J&K Government Employees and Workers Joint Action Committee (R) (GEWJAC) was held under the chairmanship of its state president Babu Hussain Malik, today.
All the representatives in one voice appealed to the State Government to fulfill all the pending demands of the employees including removal of Pay Anomalies/disparity of Clerical cadre and condemn the previous State Government for deliberately betraying from the commitment made between the employees and the Government wherein it was promised to fulfill all the genuine demands of the employees but nothing was done and described the Pay Anomalies committee made by the Government as an eye wash just to befool the clerical cadre employees.
Others present in the meeting were Khurshid Ahmad Dewani, Bharat Bushan, Yashpal Sharma, Nazir Ahmad Butt, Parshotam Sharma, Shahzadi Gill, Jaswant Singh, Javed Ahmad Akhoon, Seva Ram Rathore, Meenakshi Sharma, Vipan Kumar, Yashpal, Kavi Raj, Vikas Sharma and Hari Singh.
