General Line Teachers apprise DSEJ of their demands

JAMMU, July 5: A deputation of apex body of General Line Teachers Forum, led by its State president Neeraj Sharma, today called on the Director School Education Jammu, Rakesh Kumar Sarangal in his office and submitted a memorandum of demands for the welfare of students as well as of teaching community.
Neeraj Sharma held a detailed discussion with the Director and discussed the demands, such as issuance of general confirmation order in favour of all those employees who have completed their two years of satisfactory regular probation period of services, early conduct of new DPC of  Teachers to Masters as there are more than 3000 vacant posts of Masters in Jammu division and also to conduct DPC of Lab Assistant to Teachers as per fixed quota reserved for them, cancellation of all the attachments of Teachers and Masters and   repatriation of ReTs to their original place of engagement.
The Director assured the deputation for the early redressal of all the genuine demands. Those who were part of the deputation, included Dr Parshotam Singh, Sanjeev Rakwal, Jivakant, Kiran Pandita, Munish Verma, Vikas Sharma, Shivnandan, Devinder, Anil Sharma, Suresh Sawhney, Ramneesh, Himmat, Wasim Choudhary, Ramandeep Singh and others.
