RAJOURI, Oct 2: Government Degree College Rajouri in collaboration with District Health Society Rajouri organized a blood donation camp in the campus.
On the occasion, Jatindra Kumar Singh, DDC Rajouri, was the chief guest and Dr Javaid Ahmed Qazi, Principal of the College presided over the function. A large number of students, NSS volunteers and NCC Cadets volunteered themselves for blood donation. NSS Programme Officers Prof Abdul Karim and Dr Nahim-Un-Nisa were among those who donated blood.
DDC Rajouri appreciated the joint efforts of District Hospital Rajouri and Government Degree College Rajouri in creating awareness among the students about the blood donation.
Earlier, Dr Mehmood Hussain Bajar, Superintendent of Distt. Hospital Rajouri made a power point presentation on blood donation.
