SAMBA, June 18: Former Minister and Ex-MLA Vijaypur Chander Parkash Ganga along with Sarpanch Surjeet Singh today started series of development works at Panchayat Halqa Jhang of Block Ramgarh with an estimated cost of Rs 20 lakhs.
