JAMMU, Sept 14:  In a bid to make registration of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) hassle-free and quicker, the Minister of Industries and Commerce Chander Prakash Ganga today  launched online registration facility for such units at District Industries Center, Exhibition Ground here.
On the occasion, General Manager DIC Jammu, Vishal Sharma, senior officers and industrialists of the city were also present.
The facility will come as a big relief to small and medium entrepreneurs, who will now be spared the trouble of multiple visits to the District Industries Centre for applying for the registration and tracking the status of their application, the minister said.
The Minister said, the Government is committed to provide all necessary support to the entrepreneurs interested to set up units in the State.  The Minister said that Coalition Government is committed to provide transparent, corruption free and good governance to the people.
General Manager, DIC Jammu Vishal Sharma said the purpose of the online facility is to make the registration procedure industry-friendly, transparent and also faster.
Earlier, the Minister dedicated the Health Sub-Center to the people of Palli in Bari Brahmana. He said that Government has made best efforts to strengthen health services in rural and far-flung areas.
