SRINAGAR, May 1: Qaiser Sultan Ganaie has been appointed as president of the Ghulam Nabi Azad’s DPAP for district Ganderbal.
A party spokesman said that appointment of Ganaie was made by the party general secretary, R S Chib on the recommendation of the DPAP chairman, Ghulam Nabi Azad.
