We are proud of Ghulam Nabi Azad, the senior leader of the Congress on being conferred well deserved Padma Bhushan award, the highest civilian award. We also have great regards for Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee who too was conferred with the highest civilian award. Ghulam Nabi Azad has dedicated his life to the nation right from the time when he joined as Youth Congress leader during the regime of Smt. Indira Gandhi Ji. During his long political career, Azad Sahib proved his mettle in every field be was entrusted with. He was Union Minister, Rajya Sabha member and has also remained a successful Chief Minister of J&K. In fact, Congress particularly owes a lot to Ghulam Nabi Azad considering his contribution, the smooth functioning of party and to come over the crisis in the party by his strong political will. Muzaffar Hussain Beigh, Advocate and Senior Politician also was conferred with highest civilian award during the period of Narendra Modi Ji, Prime Minister of India. It clearly shows that the merit is valued irrespective of caste, creed and colour and our loved PM is above politics, secular, fair and a good human being. We must thank Prime Minister and his team for this kind and benevolent gesture.Mr Azad was well deserved candidate for this highest civilian award, so it was rightly given to him. Anyone who opposes the same deserves to be condemned in all manners what so ever. Let everyone understand this is “Great Bharat” and well deserved and meritorious are on the top during this regime. We all love our great Prime Minister.
