NEW DELHI, May 3: Freight rates for nine-tonne pay load section ruled flat at the local truck transport market in the national capital today following comfortable position of trucks amid sufficient movements of cargo.
Transporters said besides restricted movements of cargo, easy availability of trucks in the markets mainly held freight rates around overnight levels.
