NEW DELHI, June 16: Freight rates for nine-tonne pay load section remained flat at the local truck transport market in the national capital today following restricted cargo movements against adequate availability of trucks.
Transporters said restricted cargo movements against easy availability of trucks mainly kept freight rates unaltered.
