JAMMU, Feb 17: Rotary Club of Jammu City in collaboration with Swift Hospital Amritsar is organizing a one day free medical camp on February 19 at Lakshmi Narayan Temple, Gandhi Nagar from 9 am to 4 pm.
Addressing a press conference here today, Ravinder Kaul, President, Rotary Club of Jammu City said that as a part of its continuous endeavor to reach out to the underprivileged sections of the society, Rotary Club of Jammu City will also supply free medicines to the deserving patients and ensure free follow up visits.
The specialist and super specialist doctors including Dr Prahlad Duggal, Chief ENT and Head/Neck Surgeon, Dr Dushyant Thaman, Neuro Surgeon, Dr Ravijot Singh, Chief Orthopedic Surgeon and Dr Vikas Kakkar, Consultant Plastic Surgeon will be available for free consultation at the Camp, Kaul said.
Anil Swaraj, Secretary, Rotary Club of Jammu City urged the people to visit the camp and take benefit of this unique opportunity.
Sandeep Berry, Project Director of the Camp said that Rotary Club of Jammu City will make maximum efforts to ensure that the camp benefits maximum number of patients, particularly from the lower strata of the society. The Camp will be inaugurated by Kavinder Gupta, Speaker, J&K Legislative Assembly, he added.
Harjinder Singh Goraya, Director Administration, Swift Hospital, Amritsar also spoke on the occasion.
