JAMMU, Sept 18: A free medical camp was organised at Police Station Gharota by SRL Diagnostics which was managed by Vishal Gupta Chairman Shiiva Group.
During the camp, blood samples of all the jawans were taken for different tests besides checking of blood pressure.
While speaking on the occasion, SDPO Akhnoor Varun Jandial said that jawans of JKP are working tirelessly day and night and often doesn’t get time for the medical check up. In this backdrop, medical camps are being organised in collaboration with SRL Diagnostics in all Police Stations of Sub Division Akhnoor. He enjoined upon all the police personnel to focus on maintenance of physical fitness so that they can perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
Later, a felicitation program was also organised where members of civil society who have contributed during the COVID pandemic, were felicitated.
Among others Rohit Gupta Chairman RMG Group, UMEED Foundation headed by Aanav Langer, MD Shiiva Group Vishal Gupta, Gautam Shastri Swastik Charitable Trust, Dayal Singh from Team Jammu were facilitated by SDPO Akhnoor.
SHO Akhnoor Inspector Hilal Azhar, SHO Gharota Inspector Khyati Maan Khajuria and all other police personnel of Police Station Gharota participated in the function.
