Free langar facility for Amarnath pilgrims at Mahajan Sabha

JAMMU, July 18: Organized by Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha (JCMS), a free langer facility has been functioning for the pilgrims at Mahajan Sabha, Shalamar Road, Jammu since the start of Amarnath Yatra and will continue till end of the Yatra on August 15.
A very strong team of dedicated workers under the overall supervision of Romesh Chander Gupta, president of the Sabha, has been functioning to look after the daily catering need of the yatries coming into Mahajan Sabha.
Rajesh Gupta, Ex-MLA and Chander Mohan Gupta (Mayor, Jammu Municipal Corporation) graced the occasion today with their presence. Today, which is 20th day of the Yatra langar, about 1200 yatries got tea, breakfast and lunch right from 8 AM to 5 PM, till they got their Yatra papers completed for which a big hall has been placed at the disposal of Government Registration Agency.
Om Prakash (Kaku Shah), Arun Gupta and Balbir Gupta are the Langer Incharges. Other members of the management team include Yash Paul Gupta (chief patron), Shiv Pratap Gupta, Om Prakash Gupta, Sanjay Mahajan, Dr Mohan Lal Gupta, Mukesh Mahajan, Yash Paul Gupta, Satish Chander Gupta, Darshan Gupta, Vijay Gupta, Prabh Dayal Gupta, Sanjay Jandial and CP Gupta.
Today’s Langer was sponsored by Raju Shah, son of late Ganesh Dass of Jammu.
