JAMMU, Oct 19: Four vehicles were seized for mining illegally in Jammu District today, officials said.
They said three tractor trolleys, which were plying without registration, were seized by a team of Police Station Nagrota led by SHO Nagrota, Inspector Vishav Partap Singh, and one tipper was seized by a team of Police Post Phallain Mandal led by incharge Police Post, PSI Ajesh Singh Jamwal.
“District Mineral Officer (DMO) Jammu has been informed about the seized vehicles, mining in violation of a High Court order,” said officials.
