SRINAGAR, Oct 19: Four motorcycles have been reportedly stolen from different places in district Srinagar.
A police spokesman said police has started investigation of bike lifting cases that have occurred in last few days in Srinagar. Javed Geelani son of Munshi Mohammad Sidiq resident of Surteng Rainawari, Srinagar, reported that his motorcycle Hero Honda bearing registration number JK01E/3915 Chasis number 24409, red colour has been stolen from Khanyar near JK Bank, Srinagar, in the jurisdiction of police station Khanyar, Srinagar on 18.10.2013.
Sajad Ahmad Matoo son of Ghulam Rasool resident of Munawarabad Khanyar, Srinagar reported that his motorcycle Hero Honda Splendor bearing registration number JK01E/6937 has been stolen by unidentified person near Jamia Masjid Nowhatta, Srinagar on Thursday.
Shafi Makroo son of Abdul Aziz resident of Kawdara, Dalpora reported that his motorcycle Yamaha RX 100 bearing registration number JK01A/4551 Maroon colour has been stolen from Nishat Market, Srinagar.
Ghulam Rasool Sofi son of Abdul Aziz resident of Waternag reported that his motorcycle bearing registration number JK01D/2304 red colour has been stolen from Jenab Sahab Soura, Srinagar on Friday.
