KULGAM, Dec 7: According to Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam, Jehangir Ahmed Mir, who is also District Election Officer Kulgam, the AERO (Migrant) Jammu in collaboration with District Election Authority Kulgam is holding camps for facilitation of migrant voters of district Kulgam comprising of 4-Assembly Segments viz 37-Noorbad, 38-Kulgam, 39-Homeshalibugh and 41-Devsar with regard to collection of photographs and duly and correctly filled Form-6 and Form-8 at various Migrant Camps in Jammu and Udhampur from December 10.
According to the notice, the camps for the purpose will be held at Migrant Camp Jagati Nagorta on December 10 and 12, from 10 a m to 4 p m, whereas it will be held at TRT Nagorta on December 12, and Migrant Camp Purkhu on December 13.
Likewise the camp will be held at Migrant Camp Muthi on December 14, 2013 and AEROs (Migrant) office Shanker Building near Topsherkhania Jammu on December 16, 2013. Similar camp will be held at Zonal Office (Migrant) Udhampur on December 17, 2013. Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam, Gulzar Ahmed Shabnam and AERO (Migrant) Jammu, Kalyan Singh will also be available at the camps sites.
All the migrants voters of district Kulgam have been informed to attend the camps to ensure final publication of electoral rolls by January 1, 2014 and issuance of EPICs to the eligible voters.
