Foreign delegation in J&K

Sir,
The visits of Foreign delegations and group of 25 European Parliamentarians to assess the ground situation in J&K,still amounts to Special Status of the State as why the foreign delegations aren’t being invited when unrest/disturbances occur in any other state/union territory of the country. By detaining and imposing PSA on more than 400 political leaders of the state doesn’t mean that peace is prevailing in the state that too on the political leaders of the state who ruled the state as Chief Ministers of the state and were also parliamentarians and Ministers in the central government such as Dr Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah . Imposing PSA on these leaders as a precaution on the ground that they may not instigate the people on the issue of the Abrogation of Articles 370 and 35A if released ,their prolonged detention in any form is not justified .We should not challenge their integrity and loyalty to the country. It is quite strange that tours of foreign delegations are conducted whereas our own leaders of various political parties have to seek the permission from the courts to enter the valley/state.We should try to satisfy our own leaders as they are the representatives of the people and not foreign delegations, as ours is the sovereign country. Earlier even the EU Ambassadors refused to be a part of any conducted tour and wanted to meet the people on their own.
