JAMMU, Jan 9: A joint meeting of Shiv Sena Bala Saheb Thackeray, J&K unit and Hindustan Shiv Sena here today termed the two-day visit of foreign delegates to J&K as ‘an unnecessary exercise’.
Speaking in the meeting Shiv Sena Thackeray J&K President, Manish Sahni said need of the country is improvement in economy.
“Prime Minister Narendra Modi should have invited foreign economists to discuss India’s declining GDP,” he said.
Leader of Hindustan Shiv Sena, Vikrant Kapoor said, there was ruckus when Bollywood actress reached JNU but the BJP government gave a two-day tour of Kashmir to a team of foreign delegates.
He said that situation in J&K is better and no certificate from foreign representatives is required for that.
G.I Singh asked J&K Lieutenant Governor, G.C Murmu, if everything is fine in the Union Territory then why internet services are snapped.
Vikas Bakshi, Raj Singh, Arjun Kumar, Asis Bali and others were also present on the occasion.
