JAMMU, May 16: A transport aircraft of the Indian Air Force (IAF) remained stuck on lone runway at Leh due to technical snag today leading to suspension of almost all flights to and from the airport .
The C-17 Globemaster is facing serviceability issues, reports said.
The blocked runway at the Kushok Bakula Rimpoche Airport in Leh in the Union Territory of Ladakh prevented any takeoff or landing during the day, leading to the flight cancellations, the reports said.
They said the concerned agencies are continuously working to make flights operational by tomorrow as per schedule. Further updates will be shared,” said Leh Airport in a tweet.
