JAMMU, Aug 24: Five persons received minor injuries when a mini-bus in which they were travelling turned turtle in Sainik Colony area of city outskirts.
“The mishap occurred this morning on Chowadi Road near Army gate”, a police spokesman said, adding the injured were identified as Roshan Lal (50) son of Sanchi Ram, Veena (50) wife of Sanjeev Kumar Rekha Devi (18) daughter of Punjabu Ram, Savitri Devi (35) wife of Heera, all residents of Sainik Colony and Shakshi (17) daughter of Shashipal, resident of Chowadi.
He said that all the injured were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment. “The concerned police had registered a case in this connection”, he added.
