JAMMU, June 9: The Union Ministry of Home Affairs today ordered transfer of four IAS and IPS officers from Jammu and Kashmir to the Union Territory of Ladakh and an IPS officer from Ladakh to J&K.
According to the order, Ajeet Kumar Sahu and Ravinder Kumar, IAS officers of 2003 and 2012 batches of Jammu and Kashmir cadre and Bhim Sen Tuti and Rajiv Pandey, IPS officers of 2004 and 2012 batches of Jammu and Kashmir cadre, have been transferred to the Union Territory of Ladakh.
Sargun Shukla, an IPS officer of 2010 batch of J&K cadre, has been shifted from the UT of Ladakh to the UT of J&K.
Sahu was posted as Commissioner/Secretary PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Ravinder Kumar as Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, Tuti as DIG Jammu-Kathua Range, Pandey as SSP Udhampur and Sargun Shukla as SSP Leh.
