JAMMU, Dec 7: Fire broke out in a building at Kanak Mandi this morning resulting into a panic in the area.
However, no loss of life or property took place as the flames were timely doused by the Fire tenders, which reached the spot soon.
According to Police, the fire broke out on third floor of a building where some labourers were putting up.
