POONCH, May 22: The police has registered a case against six cross LoC traders for severely beating up a trader over the issue of off-loading of trucks at Chakkan-da-Bagh LoC point today.
A police spokesman said that trader Mohd Aseem, son of Ibrahim, resdent of Nangali in Poonch was severely beaten up by traders Abdul Ghani, Mohd Shafi, Manzoor Ahmed, Ghulam Ahmed, Altaf Hussain and Ghulam Mohammed at the Chakkan-da-Bagh during scuffle over the minor issue of turn for off loading of goods.
The victim in serious condition was rushed to Poonch hospital and later referred to GMC hospital Jammu. All the six accused persons have been booked vide FIR No. 60/ 2014 by Poonch police.
