JAMMU, Sept 12: Film ‘Alakh Ishwari Mata Shri Roop Bhawani’ by Kanwal Peshin was released here today.
The film is based on Mata Shree Roop Bhawani-poetess of 16th century also saint from Kashmir.
The film was released by Sanjay Saraf, National Spokesman LJP.
Vinakshi Koul GM JKTDC and Sandhya Gupta, Chander Mohan Dhar, President Shri Alakh Sahiba Trust, Ashander Koul, former Captain Ranji Cricket Team J&K, Dr Arvinder Aman, Addl Secretary JKAACL, M.L Saraf and Captain Maharaj, veteran artist were also present on this occasion.
The film has been directed and edited by Pradeep Pandita; Associate Director and Casting Director was Arvin Tickoo, music was given by Ravi Bhan, sets designed by Virji Sumbly and costumes by Bhoomi Human Welfare Society and Jatinder Jotshi.
The title track and promo song of film have been composed by renowned Music Director, Ravi Bhan and sung by upcoming singer Sumita Bhat as lead voice with Ravi Bhan.
Kamal Ganjoo was also felicitated for his camera work on and off stage.

The Film is scheduled to release in Faridabad on September 23 at Kashmir Bhawan Sector-37 and more cities are in touch for its screening in Oct.
