JAMMU, Apr 20: Fire and Emergency Services Department today organized lecture, demonstration and drawing competitions on the fire safety aspects.
These events were conducted in Kendriya Vidyalayas of Bantalab and Nagrota wherein students were made aware about the steps required to be taken to prevent fire incidents. They were also informed about the techniques and measures being taken by the Fire and Emergency Services Department while dousing the fire.
Even drawing competitions were organized in these schools and the best performing students were awarded by Deputy Director Fire and Emergency Services R C Raina.
These events were conducted under the supervision of Director Fire and Emergency Services R K Hak and Joint Director Jammu R T Dubey.
