Agriculture Deptt holds camp

UDHAMPUR, Jan 3: A camp was today organised in the office premises of Zonal Agriculture Officer Panchari.
DDC member panchari Jasvir Singh was the guest of honour.
Various sarpanches and Panches of the Block Panchari participated in the camp.
Various schemes of the Agriculture department which have been formulated for the welfare of the farmers were also discussed.
Two Maize shellers which were provided to the department under LGs special drive under Capex 2021-22 were also handed over to the two female sarpanches of the Block Panchari of Badhota and Galiote by the DDC Panchari /Moungri.
While speaking on the occasion, Jasvir Singh appreciated the working of AEO Panchari and other staff members in reaching out to the farmers of such a far flung area and hoped that the department will continue to work with same in future also.
The camp was organised under the able guidance of Director Agriculture Jammu, K K Sharma and under the direct supervision of Chief Agriculture Officer Udhampur Sanjay Anand and SDAO Udhampur Rajesh Gandotra.
AEO Panchari Sanjay Sharma thanked the DDC member Panchari for sparing his valuable time to attend the camp.
Others present on the occasion were AEO Mansar Veerinder Padha, JAEO Anil Kumar, Kulbhushan Kumar, Sandokh Raj, Sh. Pawan Kumar and other staff members of Agriculture Zone Panchari.
