JAMMU, June 13: Miran Sahib Police arrested father-son duo along with large quantity of illicit liquor.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Miran Sahib Police Station led by SHO Harmohinder Singh under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan, SP Headquarters Jammu Adil Hamid and SSP Jammu Shridhar Patil laid a naka and intercepted two persons, who were moving under suspicious circumstances.
During checking, police team recovered 35 quarters of illicit liquor from the possession of the persons and arrested them.
The arrested persons were identified as Chander Bhushan, son of Ram Lal of Rattian and his son Jeevan Jyoti.
A case under FIR Number 100/2020 under relevant sections has been registered at Miran Sahib Police Station and investigation started.
