Fairdeal Motors launches Nexon EV, Tigor EV

JAMMU, Feb 11: Fairdeal Motors—authorized dealer of Tata Motors launched an electric vehicles range.
The vehicles launched in presence of Sunit Gupta President J&K Bank, Managing Director Saleem Bakshi, Executive Director Bhagwan Dass, Rohit Gandotra and General Manager Chander Singh Katoch includes India’s highest selling passenger electric car the Nexon EV and Tigor EV.
The Nexon EV is built on 5 star safety rated platform of ICE Nexon. The EV range is now available at dealerships and is open for bookings.
Fairdeal Motors invites all citizens of J&K to indulge into this exclusive experience of futuristic car technology.
Nexon EV and Tigor EV–both electric vehicles are based on Tata’s Ziptron technology. Starting price of Tigor EV is Rs 11.99 lakh and Nexon EV is Rs 14.29 lacs. Nexon EV comes with a 313 kms and Tigor EV comes with an ARAI certified range of 306 kms. These electric vehicles offer low cost of ownership, connectivity, comfort and zero emissions.
The vehicles also come with smart drive features like smart regenerative braking, hill ascent assist and hill descent assist. The estimated charging time upto 80% on fast charging from any 25 kw DC charger is upto 60 minutes. Both the vehicles come with smart connected features with Tata Motors ZConnect (powered by iRA) mobile app.
Speaking on the launch of electric vehicle range, Chander Singh Katoch GM said, “Tata Motors is a leading manufacturer of EV vehicles and hold more than 70 per cent market share in EV sales in country. Warranty of electric motors and the battery back is upto 8 years or 1.60 lakh kilometres (whichever is earlier) on both vehicles. Additionally, the vehicle will be equipped with Airbags and an Anti-Lock braking system as standard safety features. In an initiative of making J&K emission free J&K UT Government has exempted road tax on electric vehicles which helps in savings of upto Rs 1.5 lakh on vehicle registration fee”.
