JAMMU, Dec 19: A free eye check-up camp was organized at Indian Oil LPG Bottling Plant Jammu as a part of Safe Driving Campaign wherein eye sight of drivers and cleaners was checked by the team of doctors from Dr K D’s Eye Clinic.
The programme was attended by around 120 TT crew members who were made aware of proper eye care. Consultancy, Medicines & Eye-drops were distributed free of cost to the patients.
The program was supported by NGO Catholic Social Service Society and Christian Welfare Association wherein representatives from the NGO were also present on the occasion. On the occasion DS Madaan, Deputy Manager explained the role of proper eye sight for safe driving and various Do and Don’ts for Safe driving.
Plant Manager Samresh Kumar inaugurated the eye camp and expressed his gratitude to the doctors and the NGO for making the program a success.
