After 2012-13 no regularisation orders of the employees particularly in J&K School Education Department have been issued till today.
It is worthwhile to mention here that on May 9,2015 the then commissioner secretary Shaleen Kabra in a meeting had directed all the HOD(s) through the concerned DDO(s) to submit the service particulars / service – inputs within a period of 10 days to the J&K School Education Administrative Department but unfortunately the lower officials and officers didn’t submit the service particulars of the officials/ officers reportedly.Now at present a regularization committee has been constituted for the purpose of regularization of the officers , officials who have received the service history since long but the regularization orders stand issued no where . It is worthwhile to mention it here that most of these officials/officers have retired, many more likely to retire, some have went to heavenly abode who could not see the light of the regularization orders during their lives .
Therefore, it is fervently requested to the present commissioner secretary to the Government J&K School Education Department to kindly direct the regularization committee and other concerned officers to expedite the regularization orders at an earliest for the greater good of these employees and the J&K School Education Department as well.
