RAJOURI, Aug 2: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary today suspended a Superintendent and his deputy of an Examination centre at Thannamandi in district Rajouri today.
Official sources said that action was taken by the District Magistrate after he received complaint that on August Ist (Tuesday), English paper of class 10th ( Pvt) was on social media at Thannamandi with in half an hour of its commencement. The paper started at 2 pm and at 2.30 pm it was found viral. The DC directed DEPO Rajouri to hold inquiry.
On the basis of inquiry, the DC today placed Superintend of Exam Centre No. 4628, Thannamandi, Master Zaffar Javed Qazi and Dy Supt Tahir Ayub (Teacher) under suspension. They were attached to the office of Tehsildar Khawas, the sources said.
