UDHAMPUR, Apr 2: A former Naib Sarpanch ended his life by shooting himself with a 12 bore gun at his house in Village Thelay, Tehsil Ramnagar, here today.
According to the Police reports, Uttam Singh (58), son of Takha, resident of Thelay, Ramnagar, alleged shot himself under mysterious circumstances and died on the spot.
On being informed by some locals, Police rushed to the spot and shifted the dead to Sub District Hospital Ramnagar for the post mortem.
Ramnagar Police have registered the case and started further investigation.
