JAMMU, May 24: Special Judge Anti-corruption Jammu Puneet Gupta acquitted Rashid Shah, then Deputy Director Employment Kathua, who was allegedly involved in a case of getting money from job seekers, as Crime Branch has not been able to prove its case against the accused beyond shadow of doubt.
After hearing both the sides and going through the case, Special Judge Anticorruption observed, “Crime Branch has not been able to prove its case against the accused beyond any shadow of doubt and the accused is acquitted of the charges leveled against him”.
