JAMMU, Oct 30: The Employees and Workers Joint Action Committee (EWJAC) has urged upon the Government to remove the pay anomalies of the clerical cadre and release 6 % DA in favour of the employees and pensioners.
In a meeting of the JAC held under the chairmanship of Babu Hussain Malik, the members expressed serious concern over the delay being caused by the authorities. They demanded that their pending demands of pay anomalies, release of DA, hike in Medical allowance, merger of 50 % DA in basic pay and regularization of daily rated workers be addressed at the earliest.
