JAMMU, Sept 25: Estate Science, a Gurgaon based new company in real estate sector, launched its operations in Jammu by organizing a seminar of the members of Rotary Club Jammu, here last evening where concept of the company was explained in detail and easy manner.
On the occasion, the members were explained in detail benefits of associating with the company. It was also informed that the Estate Science is going to start its operations in Srinagar from first week of October.
Apart from Delhi NCR, Estate Science has its strong reach in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Uttarakhand and Karnataka. The company has also strong presence in countries like Canada, Singapore, Dubai and United Kingdom.
Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Simrandeep Singh, who was chief guest on the occasion, appreciated the efforts and vision of the Estate Science Company. He stressed that there should be total transparency and honesty in land deals where role of any consultant firm to verify the ground position and legal position is always welcome to ensure that innocent buyers are not duped or harassed by any unscrupulous element.
General Manager of Estate Science, Dhruv Sharma, explained the vision of the company. He explained how unorganized and unstructured this sector is and how Estate Science wants to bring revolution in the real estate world.
The discussion was followed by a power point presentation, in which the GM further explained how transparent and robust system of working the company has. He said that mission of the company is to create a large family of business associates and to provide secured investment to end consumers and assured returns on their investment pan India and abroad. He also discussed how Estate Science was encouraging builders from different states to start their projects in Jammu after looking the potential in terms of growth in infrastructure.
Amardeep Singh, Unit Manager Up Country of SARE HOMES, New Delhi, introduced the project Olympia, which is already running in Gurgaon. The project is one of a kind that is an array of outdoor sporting facilities ranging from football court to toddlers zone, a 17 acres of gated community that will be a dream home to all.
