ESRM stages Nukad play ‘Shoshan Aur Gulami’

JAMMU, Aug 23: Cultural group Ek Sath Rang Mandal (ESRM) here today staged awareness Nukad play ‘Shoshan Aur Gulami.’
The play showed that administration adopts different measures to stop forced labour and exploitation of labourers but corruption and carelessness fails all such initiatives.
It asks the citizens of the country to be responsible and don’t ignore situations of exploitation and perform moral duties.
The play highlighted the miseries of children being engaged in child labour and bonded labour.
It referred to such cases at factories, small hotels, restaurants etc.
In our country women and bonded child labour is seen in Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan etc.
The play also highlighted the menace of human trafficking which is going uncontrolled and is being ignored.
It ended with a message for the society to remain vigilant and careful against such crimes.
Actors who performed in the play were Nikhil, Sahil, Raju Mad and Vijay Malla. The play was written and directed by Vijay Malla.
