JAMMU, May 10: Ek Sath Rang Mandal (ESRM) presented its 194th show under Monday Theatre Series with Vijay Malla’s new play “Yuwko Jaago; Nasha Tyago” in collaboration with BLSKS and J&K Police Department at Bahu Plaza, here.
The play is a Nukkad as a part of awareness campaign against menace of drug addiction among the younger generation. The play started with group song “Nashe Ko Hum Door Bhagayen; Naujawano Ko Bachayen”.
Story of the play revolves around a youth who is the search of happiness and peace lands into the dragnet of drug suppliers anmd becomes addict and the efforts of his friends and elders to bring the youth out of the clutches of the drug mafia.
The play was witnessed by various senior police officers including Shaazad Salaria, Nasir Ahmed, Romesh Kotwal, SDM North Avny Lavassa and Chandan Kohli.
The play was written by Vijay Mallla and assisted by Anuroop Pathania. The actors who performed were Kanta Sharma, Anuroop Pathania, Kuldeep Raj, Quarat-ul-Ain, Nazuk Bhagat, Khushant Rathore, Akash Abrol, Prabal Sharma and Vijay Malla.
