Erring Supdt stripped of exam duty

UDHAMPUR, Mar 5: An erring Superintendent was stripped of examination duty after she forgot to bring question papers resulting delay in conducting Class 8th exam at a centre in Government Higher Secondary School Tikri, here today.
Reports said that the examination in a centre at Government HSS Tikri could not be started timely as the Superintendent had forgotten to bring the question papers, which were lying with her at residence in Jammu.
Even as the school Principal arranged photocopies of the question paper for distribution of the same among candidates, it took more than two hours and the exam could be started around 12.30 noon instead of 10.30 a.m.
After the matter came into notice of CEO Udhampur Darshan Lal, he directed the school Principal to immediately relieve the erring teacher from exam duty.
