JAMMU, Sept 18: On 3rd day of the induction ceremony program at Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology (YCET), a lecture was delivered by Er. P.K. Nanda. Er. Nanda holds a degree in civil engineering from NIT Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, earned in 1975.
