JAMMU, Oct 8: A committee of the active members of Evacuee Property Tenants Welfare Association (EPTWA) was formed today in a meeting held under the presidentship of Banarsi Dass Angral, to assist the members to get their property related problems solved.
The committee comprised of Shanti Devi as patron, Mian Nazir Ahmed as chairman, Banarsi Dass Angral as president, Rattan Lal as general secretary, Amjad Malik as senior vice-president, Paramjeet Singh and Gurmeet Singh as vice-presidents, Ram Paul as treasurer and Kuldeep Raj as joint secretary.
The committee was constituted after the association observed that tenants of Evacuee Property (Custodian) Department are facing a lot of difficulties in getting their problems solved from the officials of the Custodian Department and on the top of that office bearers of the association were also not taking any interest in getting their problems solved.
