CARDIFF: A tremendous knock by Jason Roy (153 runs off 121 balls) and exemplary batting by other batsmen powered England to post a mammoth total of 386 runs here at Sophia Gardens on Saturday.
After being invited to bat, England got off to a flying start as the opening pair of Jason and Bairstow thrashed Bangladesh bowlers and added 128 runs for the first wicket.
