As recommended by the J&K Services Selection Board, sanction is accorded to the appointment of the following candidates as Junior Assistants, in the Pay Band of ` 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of ` 1900/-, in the J&K Secretariat (Subordiante) Service with immediate effect:-

The above appointees shall report to the Civil Aviation Commissioner, Civil Secretariat, Srinagar within a period of 15 days from the date of issue of appointment order. In case of failure of any appointee to join within the stipulated period, his/her appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled without any further notice.
The appointee shall be allowed to join only on production of the following certificates in original:-
(1) Academic/Technical Qualification Certificates.
(2) Matriculation/Date of Birth Certificate.
(3) Health Certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer.
(4) Permanent Resident Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
(5) Certificates from the concerned authorities to the effect that no loan under self employment scheme has been taken by the appointee.
(6) Relevant category Certificate. (in case candidates belonging to reserved categories).
The appointment of the above candidates as Junior Assistants shall further be subject to the following conditions:-
(i) Each appointee shall give an undertaking in the shape of an affidavit to the effect that in case adverse report about his/her character and antecedents is received from Inspector General of Police, (CID), J&K to whom a reference shall be made by the General Administration Department, the candidate shall have no right to claim his/her appointment as Junior Assistant and his appointment as such shall be deemed to have cancelled ab-initio.
(ii) Verification/genuineness of the qualification certificates, reserved category certificates (whereever applicable) from the concerned issuing authorities.
The salary of appointees shall not be drawn and disbursed to them unless the satisfactory reports in respect of (i) and (ii) above are received in their favour.
The appointees shall be on probation for a period of 02 years and shall undergo and qualify the Secretariat Assistant Examination (Foundation Course) during the period of probation.
The inter-se-seniority shall be in the order in which their names appear in this Government Order which is in accordance with the merit secured by these appointees as per the select list furnished by the J&K Services Selection Board.
