SUBJECT: OPTION FOR POSTING in CENTRAL OFFICE AGAINST STATE CADRE POSTS.
Whereas, the seniority of the employees of the P.F. Organization has been maintained at Divisional level for Jammu/Kashmir Divisions.
Whereas, as per Rule 12 of J&K Civil Services Decentralization & Recruitment Act, 2010 the seniority of State/Divisional/District Cadre posts is to be maintained separately in all Departments and as per Schedule-I of the Recruitment Rules of the Organization framed vide. Government vide Order No. 24 of 2011 dated 08.04.2011, the P. F. Organization has now State cadre as well as Divisional Cadre Posts in both the Divisions of the State.
In view of above the employees who are interested to work in the Central Office of P. F. Organization, are hereby required to give consent within a week’s time positively in the enclosed format for their posting in Central Office so that they can be posted against the State Cadre posts and their seniority can be fixed at State level Preference shall be given to the senior most employees of the respective categories and their seniority shall be determined on the basis of the date of grade in the substantive capacity. The dispensation shall be ‘one time’ till the recruitment is made as per the Recruitment Rules of the Organization.
The employees once adjusted in Central Office shall cease to be the members of the Divisional Cadre.
