Whereas, a charge sheet (including articels of charge and statement of imputations) was served upon Smt. Ridhima Dhar, Statistical Assistant vide this office No: DES/PF/266/JSA/JDC(Adm). dated; 09-04-2015 requiring her to furnish written statement of defense within 7 days.
Whereas, Smt. Ridhma Dhar, Jr. Statistical Assistant has submitted reply by post on 18-04-2015 received in the Dte. of Economics and Statistics, on 21-04-2015 wherein she has intimated that she is suffering from acute depression (Migrane) and as such could not attend the office. She has also intimated that she will join the duty as and when the doctor advices her to join the duty.
