Subject:- Re-Organization of ISM Pharmacists Cadre – reg.
ORDER
i) Whereas re-organization of ISM Pharmacists cadre has been made vide Govt. order No. 230-HME of 2013 Dated:- 02-04-2013 by virtue of which sanction has been accorded inter-alia , to the:-
(A) Reduction of :-
i) 579 Posts of Pharmacists ( Dawasaz / Hakim / Vaids) in the grade of 4000-6000 (PR) i.e. in the new pay scale of 5200-20200 + GP 2400; existing in the department and these posts have been re-organizing by creation of following posts in the department which is given as under:-
(B) Creation of:-
i) 311 Posts of Jr. Pharmacists in the grade of 4000-6000 (PR) i.e. in the new pay scale of Rs. 5200-20200 + GP 2400;
ii) 112 Posts of Sr. Pharmacists in the grade of 5000-8000 (PR) i.e. in the new pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 + GP 1200;
iii) 109 Posts of Supervisory Pharmacists in the grade of 5700-10100 (PR) i.e. in the new pay scale of 9300-34800 – 4260;
iv) 47 posts of Head Pharmacists in the grade of 6500-10500 (PR) i.e. in the new pay scale of 9300-34800 +- GP 4280; and;
2) Whereas the district-wise distribution of posts of various categories of ISM Pharmacists so created have also been sanctioned vide aforesaid Govt, order, and ;
3) Whereas the Dispensary /Institution wise distribution of the these newly created posts of various categories of ISM pharmacist cadre as identified by Deputy Director ISM Kashmir / Jammu has been notified vide order No. DG-1SM/ Est/Reorg/ phrmst/6087-6117 Dated. 20/12/2014 , and;
4) Whereas the following method of recruitment for filling up these posts as one time exception has been laid down vide aforesaid Govt order:-

b- 20% by promotion from amongst in service matriculate Nursing orderlies / Pharmacists training course recognized by J&K Government,
5) Whereas final seniorily list of ISM Pharmacists of Jammu / Kashmir Division has been notified vide No. DISM/seniorily /2092-97 dated 28-06-2014,and;
Now ,therefore , it is hereby ordered that the eligible ISM Pharmacists are hereby promoted temporarily in their own pay and grade against the newly created posts of Head Pharmacist, Supervisory Pharmacist & Sr. Pharmacist as Annexurc “X” , “Y” & “Z” to Hiis order respectively pending DPC clearance.
This arrangements is purely on temporary basis and shall not confer any preferential right/claim in favour of the promotee for regular promotion.
The promotee shall report to concerned controlling officer / ADMO/ AC, Stores as the cause may be .
The promotion will lake effect only when the promotee joining with the concerned controlling officers / ADMO/ AC Stores as the cause may be.
The promotee shall be allowed by concerned ADMOs/ A/C Stores / Medical Supdtt. to join only after proper verification of their certificates including reserved category etc. If at any time it is proved that the certificates (s) was fake ,the promotee will be personally responsible for legal / departmental action under rules.
The promotions shall remain subject to writ petition if any pending before Hon’ble Court.
