KATHUA, May 18: Government employees will hold protest tomorrow against the office timing issued by Deputy Commissioner Kathua.
This was stated by Kuldeep Singh, President, All J&K Employees Association while interacting with media persons, here today.
He said that the district administration has created chaos among the employees and people by issuing separate office timings.
“The timing of Health Department and educational institution is 8 am to 2 pm, but the timing of other offices including DC Office is from 10 am to 4 pm, which is grave injustice with the employees”, Singh added.
A memorandum to declare the office timing of all the offices from 8 am to 2 pm was submitted to DC Kathua but there was no response and now they have decided to took out protest march tomorrow, he said, adding that tomorrow they will took out a protest rally from Shaheed Bhagat Singh park to DC office to declare the timing of all the offices including education institutions, Health Department, DC Office, etc from 8 am to 2 pm.
