JAMMU, Oct 19: Dharmarth Trust Employees Association has accused the Trust administration of not adhering to the agreement signed between the two parties on April 22, 2021.
In a statement, the Employees Association President, Vivek Bandral alleged that the Dharmarth Trust administration was adopting pick and choose method in regularization of the employees working for the last more than seven years and releasing the salary of agitation period.
“As per the agreement, 20% per hike in the basic salary was agreed but the Trust administration has converted it into Dearness Allowance,” he said, adding that salary of the employees of Sudh Mahadev has not been released from the last 10 months.
Bandral also drew attention towards termination of Anju Sharma, who was appointed in the Dharmarth Trust in accordance with proper procedure.
The Association leader said that all these issues were brought into the notice of Dr Karan Singh, Chairman Trustee and the Trust management but nothing positive was done in the matter.
“We request the Dharmarth Trust and Chairman Trustee to do justice with the employees and fulfill their basic needs,” he appealed.
