Election to Non-Gazetted Employees Union on Mar 10

JAMMU, Feb 25: As per a notification issued here today by the Government, election to the office bearers of J&K Civil Secretariat Non-Gazetted Employees Union will be held on March 10.
The notification has been issued in supersession to the previous notification issued on the subject by the GAD.
The elections will be held for the posts of President, Vice President, General Secretary, Secretary, Publicity Secretary, Treasurer and Executive Members.
The notification further states that, the date of filling of nominations for these elections will be from  March 2 to March 5, 2015 date of scrutiny of nominations March 6, 2015, last date for withdrawal of nominations March 7, 2015, date of polling March 10, 2015 while counting of votes/result would be held on March 11, 2015.
The timing for polling will be from 11 am to 4 pm for Srinagar and 9:30 am to 4 pm for Jammu.
